Emerson Moore Geosciences (EMG) provides a ‘one stop shop’ for site investigation, geological consultancy and drilling projects serving the civil engineering, geothermal energy and mining industries.
The company was established in 2003 with the aim of providing high quality site investigation services. Since then the company has undergone rapid and major expansion with particular growth in the minerals exploration drilling market. With our head office based near Bristol, we operate througout the UK and internationally with high profile projects completed in Jamaica, Africa, throughout Eastern Europe and the Caucasus region.
The company is approved under the ‘Safe Contractor’ scheme, ‘Link Up’ approved for railway work and a corporate member of the British Drilling Association. All our drilling staff either hold, or are awaiting assessment for NVQs in ‘Land Drilling’ at lead driller or assitant driller level. All our site personnel our CITB registered and hold at least a CSCS ‘Basic Site Skills’ card with drilling personnel also holding relevant CPCS plant operative cards. In addition, the majority of our staff hold current PTS certificates and have taken supplementary courses in railway communications and first aid.
